Refund Policy:

1. No refunds will be given for any camp, after school enrichment or production class once casting has taken place. This includes All after school enrichment classes in all districts, Beginning Musical Theatre, Broadway Bound, Musical Theatre Workshop B, Comprehensive Performance Company, Musical Theatre Camp, and Beginning Musical Theatre Camp.
2. No refunds due to any natural disaster, pandemic, or emergency if Sunset Theatre Company is offering alternative options to finish the term, session, production or camp.
3. Sunset Theatre Company will not refund due to scheduling changes forced upon them by students, schools or theaters. Sunset is not held responsible for school closures, theater closures or cancellations that are forced upon us. 
4. If you are enrolled in a sold out class or camp there will be no refunds once the class or camp begins. We keep our camps and classes small and do not have a wait list and you are often taking the place that someone else was turned away from having when sold out. 
5. There are no refunds due to scheduling. Our year long calendar is in place and upon starting classes or camps, the schedule is given to you. Schedule is also available any time online or by calling or emailing the studio. It is your responsibility to add our dates to you calendar and to adhere to them.

Additional Policies:

1. There are no trial classes for production classes or any camps.
2. Non-production classes do offer a “pay for the class” trial. You pay for the one class and if you decide to join that payment goes towards your tuition.
3. Failure to properly notify us on your conflict sheet for production classes of conflicts that will force you to miss mandatory rehearsals may result in loss of part, cut from numbers, or even removed from the class and/or company permanently. Theatre is like a sport, if you feel you are going to miss important rehearsals, let us know, and don’t let your team down.
